- Your new home will be in working order, clean and ready to be lived in.

- You are more than welcome to be home while your service request is being completed, however, you do not need to be.

- You can call the office or place a service request online through your resident portal.
- What happens if I am locked out?
- You will need to call the office to be connected with the emergency maintenance line.

- Coffee lounge, bistro seating, TV wall, conference suite and soloprenuer spaces, pool and spa, BBQ grills, fitness center featuring a meditation room and massage room, rooftop terrace, private dining space, and outdoor game area featuring lifesize chess/checkers, bag toss, foos ball, and putting green.
- During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?
- Between the hours of 9 am- 10 pm.
- Is your community pet friendly?
- Yes, please check with the office about breed restrictions.
- What appliances are standard?
- Every home comes with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer.
- Do you offer furnished apartments?
- We do not.
- How long does it take for an application to be approved?
- Applications can take up to 72 hour to get a result.
- What are my options for paying my rent?
- You may pay your rent with a cashiers check, personal check, or through your resident portal with a bank account or credit card.
- Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
- Yes, we require that you provide a declaration page showing all residents/occupants listed as insured, $100,000 liability coverage, and the property's legal entity listed as an interested party.
- Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?
- Cox Communications.
- If my situation changes can I get out of my lease?
- You may break your lease by providing the proper written notice, rent during the notice period, and the cancellation fee.
- How do I set up my utilities?
- We do not include utilities with your rent.
- Is there public transportation within close proximity of the buildings?
- Yes, there is a bus stop on Raintree Dr.
- Which school district are you in?
- We are located in the Paradise Valley School District.
- How do I get to your communtiy?
- From the 101 Freeway, exit onto Raintree Dr and head west to 87th St and head north. Alta Raintree will be on the west side of 87th, next to Kohls.
